The second issue of our product updates. Everything mentioned here is already live in your workspace.
The Notebook: from paper and voice into the system
A passenger's phone call, a handwritten line in a ledger, a voice message — that's how a good share of bookings still lives. We used to build a system that replaces the notebook — now it has become one. Capture anything with one tap, and the platform turns records into real bookings.
- One tap — recorded — The “+” button is always at hand: text, photo or voice message. No forms, categories or required fields — just drop a note, like into a paper ledger.
- Notes via Telegram — Send or forward a message to the bot — and it's already on the company board, instantly, without reloading the page.
- A shared board — All company notes in one place: search, pinning, archive. Whatever is committed to the system archives itself — the board stays clean.
- A photo of a page — ready bookings — Photograph a spread of the ledger: AI recognizes the handwritten lines — passengers, phone numbers, destinations and seats. One page — dozens of bookings at once.
- The operator has the last word — Recognized records are checked side by side with the original page: incomplete bookings are highlighted, seats are picked on the bus layout, a group is confirmed onto a trip in one move. AI never commits anything by itself.
- Voice notes — Audio is transcribed automatically, and search also works across the transcripts.
This is the first release of the Notebook — the module will keep evolving: smart suggestions and new record types are on the way.
Telegram advertising: groups that sell
For many carriers Telegram groups — city groups, route groups, their own channels — are a live sales channel still run by hand: the same announcements every day, copied from group to group. The new Telegram Ads section in the marketing module hands that routine to the bot — and for the first time shows how many bookings each group actually brings.
- Groups connect themselves — Add the bot to a group and it appears in your workspace automatically. The list updates live: for each group you see the time of the last post and the “Campaign / Today” metrics.
- Campaigns on schedule — Create a post once, pick groups and time — the system publishes from there. Campaign history keeps launch markers and delivery statistics; repeat a successful campaign in one click or archive a finished one.
- Cyclic publications — A mode for recurring announcements: the post repeats on schedule until its “publish until” date, and the previous publication is replaced by the new one — groups don't drown in duplicates. The Cycles tab shows everything currently active; pause, resume and stop are one click away.
- Reach forecast — Before launch the system estimates the campaign's potential reach — you see whether the game is worth the candle.
- Advertising measured in tickets — Every post carries a special link: the system counts clicks and bookings per campaign. You see sales, not views and likes.
Trips and resources
The new Resources tab and a complete trip cancellation cycle.
- The Resources tab — Every bus and driver of the company on a day or week timeline. Assign to a trip by drag-and-drop; split and merge bus segments and configure the crew right there.
- Maintenance and days off on the timeline — Scheduled bus maintenance and drivers' days off are added as events right on the timeline; the system respects them when assigning vehicles and crews.
- Occupancy indicator — A gauge for every trip with peak per-stop load. If the bus is smaller than the number of sold seats, the assignment is blocked.
- One-click trip cancellation — The platform takes the trip off sale, issues full refunds with no fees withheld, resets vouchers for unpaid tickets and sends passengers emails and SMS in four languages.
- Rebooking instead of a refund — Tickets can be moved to another trip: the passenger automatically receives the new tickets by email, and Copilot walks the incident through — including an option to notify by phone those who are offline.
Transfers: from request to payment
Door-to-door pickup got a full operational loop.
- Confirmation queue — A dedicated tab for the call center (with a mobile version): every transfer awaiting confirmation, with countdowns, snoozing and a call log per passenger.
- Response time under control — The system tracks how long a request has been waiting and alerts the team in Telegram about overdue ones — with a direct link to the queue.
- Three payment modes — Prepayment online, transfer to the driver or cash to the bus driver. For online payment each service gets its own payment link.
- Virtual stops — A directory of agreed pickup points: the dispatcher assigns a stop from the list, with no manual map search.
An AI assistant for passengers
A passenger can find a trip and buy a ticket in a dialogue — like with a live agent.
- A chat that sells — The assistant speaks four languages, picks trips, shows the seat map, helps choose seats and walks the booking through to payment.
- Recognizes regulars — Logged-in passengers get their saved travellers and “book like last time”.
- Deeper Telegram integration — Linking a passenger account in one click and a payment button right in the chat.
For passengers
Smaller but noticeable trip improvements.
- The ticket page is a trip timeline — The online ticket page is now built as a chronology: boarding, connections, transfers and arrival step by step — with carrier branding and payment and services statuses.
- New PDF tickets — Multi-segment trips and transfers in a refreshed design, with boarding addresses and luggage details.
- Bus photos on route pages — Public route pages now show a gallery of the vehicles serving the direction.
- Failed payment notification — If a booking payment fails, the passenger learns about it in Telegram right away.
Driver workspace
Two conveniences for those on the road every day.
- Per-stop sheet exports — The “tickets and cash” sheet for a selected stop or all passengers — the same on the phone and on the computer.
- Cancelled trip statuses — Cancelled trips are visible right in the rides list — with a badge and strikethrough.
