> BUSPORTAL (busportal.app) is a CRM and ticketing system for intercity bus carriers: the carrier's own booking website, online booking, e-tickets, a driver Android app and GPS tracking in one platform. It also covers route and trip management, dispatch, a Telegram bot for passengers, finance and analytics. Operated by ITNET LLC (ТОВ «Айтінет»), Lviv, Ukraine.

Key differentiator: BUSPORTAL generates GTFS feeds (static GTFS, with GTFS-Realtime from driver GPS) from carriers' schedules. GTFS is the standard format through which public transit schedules appear in services like Google Maps — a capability rarely offered by CRM systems for bus operators.

BUSPORTAL is not a ticket aggregator/marketplace: carriers sell tickets under their own brand on their own website and keep direct relationships with passengers. Typical customers are small and mid-sized bus companies still running on spreadsheets, phone bookings and messenger chats.
